| Today, seminars and conferences are the way to gather a crowd. There are thousands of seminars held each year in the DFW metroplex alone. Our goal is not to hold a seminar or conference and try to recruit people to be part of Living the Cross; instead, our goal is to use seminars and conferences to bring people to Jesus and then transition them into the church. We do this through two tracks: Sponsored and Non-sponsored. |

Although Living the Cross does not give financial advise, our financial seminar is designed to give biblical principles about finances along with charts, resources, and material necessary for people to get out of debt and live God-centric responsible financial lives.

Photography Seminar
| |
For twenty-five years Richard D. McCormack worked as a photographer studying in portrait, still, table top, and finally as a photojournalist with Baptisit Press and The Southwestern News. Richard has photographed people from the President of the United States, George Bush, to working on movie sets. His layouts have been featured in hundreds of papers and magazines throughout the world. He has owned and sold three studios and has cover shots with The Southwestern New and the Texan. He has also taught as an adjunct professor for Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in "Photography in the Church."

Marriage Seminar/Conference

Living the Cross' marriage seminar/conferences are designed to strengthen the marriage. With divorce on the rise, the immoral increase of cohabitation, and the misunderstanding of "Common Law," Living the Cross has developed a seminar, along with a longer conference with break-outs, that give a strong biblical foundation to an ordinance of marriage handed down by God in the Garden.

Publishing Seminar

Our publishing seminar is designed to teach individuals how to become a published author, and, if they are adventurous to become a recognized publisher.
Richard D. McCormack founded RDMc Publishing, in 1996, as a publishing house to assisted Christian writers develop and publish their works through non-traditional sources. Today, RDMc Publishing has taken that vision one step further through the medium of reprinting/reproducing original primary source theological books and manuscripts. RDMc Publishing’s books are sold throughout the world. Proceeds from sales help support this ministry.

| Retreats |
|
|
| |
Living the Cross tries to provide four marriage retreats a year. They are held over a Friday afternoon/evening through Saturday evening. These retreats are designed to aid couples to renew their relationships together. They are sponsored by Living the Cross, and are 100% free to the couples. We are able only to host five couples at a time and each couple must be recommenced by a pastor. Our goal is to present a God-centric view of marriage and help restore a loving and spiritual marriage. |

Cost for seminar, conference, and retreats
| |
Remember, Living the Cross does not charge anyone for their services. All material, resources, speakers, locations, and other cost are paid for by Living the Cross. We do limit the number of participants, but this is only to be able to have a more personal connection.
Each seminar cost over $600.00 with conferences and retreats reaching as much as $1,200.00 - $1,500.00. If you would like to partner with us please go to the donate page and pledge your support. |
